Pricing Questions
What counts as a claim submission?
Each claim we send to a payer for the first time. One claim can cover several sessions or dates of service, depending on how your payers want ABA billed.
What counts as a denial resubmission?
Each rejected, denied, or underpaid claim we work and send back: a corrected claim, a void, a fixed resubmission, or an appeal. Finding the root cause is included.
What happens if we go over the included amounts?
You pay as you go. Past 250 claim submissions it's $4 per claim, and past 50 denial resubmissions it's $25 per denial. There's no forced upgrade, and the overage shows up as a line on your monthly invoice.
Why don't you price per provider?
Because the work scales with claims, not with headcount. An agency with many part time RBTs shouldn't pay more just for having a bigger roster.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No setup fee on Business, and it's month to month. Enterprise terms are set per agreement.
When does Enterprise make sense?
When you want a dedicated team, regular consultation, benchmarks against similar agencies, a web portal for reports and requests, or a defined project such as clearing a backlog or credentialing a group of providers.
